Eurol Lube PL

A dry film lubricant for open lubrication points

Eurol Lube PL is a multi-purpose dry-film lubricant based on Eurol SYNGIS technology, available as a spray and as a liquid. It leaves a thin, dry film that keeps lubricating without collecting sand, dust or dirt, which makes it useful on parts that sit exposed to the elements.

It lubricates, cleans and protects in one step, also when the part is damp or already corroded, and can help free seized components.

Typical uses

• Open lubrication points such as couplings, bearings and hinges
• Cables and conveyor tracks
• Anywhere a dry, dirt-repellent film is needed

• Anti-wear and anti-corrosion protection
• Displaces moisture and repels water
• Very low friction, which lowers energy use
• Economical in use
• Yellow, density 0.94 kg/l at 20 °C, viscosity index 193
• Operating range from -40 °C up to +170 °C

How to use it

Apply a thin, even coat to a clean surface and let it dry. A second light pass is better than one heavy one, because a thick layer attracts more grime than a thin one.

Choosing the right product

Pick a dry-film lubricant like this one when a wet grease would pick up dust and turn into a grinding paste, for example on exposed chains, sliding gates or conveyor parts. For sealed, heavily loaded bearings a grease is the better answer.
